Gardener Mindset Group Coaching Program
The Productivity Paradox: Why More Isn’t Always Better
Dear High-Achieving Muslim,
It is interesting to note that the more productive we try to get, the more gains we accumulate during our productivity journey, the more we realize the gap between our present and ideal version of ourselves! And the result is: more stress!! more disappointments, setbacks, and anxiety!
While there are many reasons for this, it all goes back to the way we have been taught and brainwashed about productivity: through the lens of the hustle culture, and its baby: the carpenter mindset.
This is why it’s about time to reclaim the narrative as Muslims on how we define and implement productivity principles.
It’s about time that we stop getting secular self-help advice and “Islamize it”!
It’s about time when we stop measuring our growth by how many books we’ve read or how many productivity reels you’ve watched, but by the seeds we intentionally plant and nurture every day.
Welcome to the Gardener Mindset Group Program – a revolutionary approach
that is challenging the way Muslims define and implement productivity principles.
Here’s why this is different from anything you’ve seen before:
- In this program, we focus on the process, not just the outcome. While others push you to harvest before you’ve even planted, this program teaches you to tend to your garden of productivity with barakah, patience and wisdom.
- We’re not here to flood you with more information. You’ve had enough of that. Instead, we offer carefully cultivated tools and mindsets, designed to help you thrive in the garden of life.
- This isn’t just another course – it’s a coaching program. We’re not leaving you alone with a pile of books and videos. We’re right there with you, guiding your growth and helping you iterate, practice, and get unstuck.
- You’re not in this alone. You’ll be part of a small, carefully selected group of like-hearted and like-minded Muslims from around the world, all tending to their gardens together.
If you’re tired of productivity advice that feels empty and unsustainable,
if you’re ready to utilize the power of Barakah to provide
inspiration and instruction to your holistic growth
Then you’re in the right place
The Gardener Mindset Coaching Program isn’t just different – it’s the missing piece
you’ve been searching for in your journey towards
true, balanced productivity as a Muslim.
What’s in it for you?
You might be wondering, ‘What’s in it for me?’
Let me be clear: This isn’t just another productivity course. The Gardener Mindset Coaching Program offers:
- A Path to Consistent Growth: Cultivate habits that grow naturally, like a well-tended garden, without burning out.
- Balance in All Areas of Life: Nurture your faith, career, health, and relationships according to their own haqq (right). No Muslim needs to sacrifice one area for another.
- Accountability That Actually Works: Join a small, dedicated group of fellow high-achieving Muslims who will support your journey and keep you on track.
- Practical Tools, Not Just Theory: Gain access to battle-tested strategies that are deeply rooted with Islamic paradigm, designed for busy professionals like you.
- Personalized Guidance: Receive coaching that addresses your unique challenges and goals, not one-size-fits-all advice.
- A Sustainable Approach to Success: Develop a mindset that allows you to achieve more in the long run while feeling less overwhelmed and more fulfilled.
Does this really work?
This is a very valid question: Does this Gardener Mindset really work in the real world?
Well, here are some reflections from students who put this mindset to test: Dr. Nosheen, a UK healthcare professional, used the productive Muslim hierarchy of intentions to transform her to-do list. She shared this beautiful reflection:
‘I’ve had some real barakah moments yesterday. I’ve been using the resources on the PM website to plan my day. It asks me to use the hierarchy of intentions when setting my MIT’s (Most Important Tasks). I started my new job and I set my intention as Allah’s pleasure in helping those who can’t help themselves. I saw a patient who was having a complication after eye surgery. I didn’t understand the condition at first but I was able to comprehend and research it within minutes. Everything made sense and I feel like this complication is something I won’t forget. I’m sure Allah is saving this in my brain to help a similar case in the future insha’Allah.’
Runa, another Productivity class graduate, learned ‘to focus not on the outcome, but on the process,’ while Khadra from Dublin moved from ‘unrealistic to-do lists‘ to ‘creating more realistic goals and becoming more focused.’
Whether you’re in healthcare, business, or have dedicated your life to raising the next generation of young Muslims, the Gardener Mindset helps you transform challenges into opportunities, align actions with values, and experience more barakah in everything you do. It’s not about doing more – it’s about becoming more, in harmony with taqwa, God-consciousness, and other great Muslim values.
What is holding you back in this area?
If you’ve struggled to maintain consistency in your productivity journey, it’s not your fault. The real problem is not always attributed to your lack of willpower or dedication. It’s that traditional productivity methods don’t necessarily align with the Fitra, with the natural disposition that Allah has programmed our minds and hearts and souls to operate. They push you to hustle harder, or seek superficial mindfulness techniques, without any consideration to the nafs, that mystical being inside us that influences and gets influenced by our hearts, intellects, souls, bodies, and many other factors, including the divine revelation. Without accounting for the nafs, rigid productivity systems could easily crumble under the weight of real-life responsibilities.
The Gardener Mindset Coaching Program is different. We understand that true productivity for a Muslim isn’t about doing more, but about nurturing the right habits, intentions, and routines. This approach addresses the root cause of the human struggles, which is the battle between our aspirations and our distractions, the spiritual and the materialistic ones. It also redefines the true element of success as the success in the afterlife:
قُلْ هَلْ نُنَبِّئُكُم بِٱلْأَخْسَرِينَ أَعْمَـٰلًا. ٱلَّذِينَ ضَلَّ سَعْيُهُمْ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَهُمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُمْ يُحْسِنُونَ صُنْعًا (الكهف:١٠٣-١٠٤)
Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Shall we inform you of who will be the biggest losers of deeds? ˹They are˺ those whose efforts are in vain in this worldly life, while they think they are doing good!”
The Real Enemy… Exposed
I know you may have heard it from me multiple times, but I feel compelled to reiterate the obvious: The reason why many Muslim professionals FEEL like a cog in the machine is because they have been trained all of their lives to BE a cog in the machine! Think about all the school we’ve got, all the corporate “training” that we received, all the conditioning, all the images of success that we have been fantasizing about. All the TV series along the lines of “Grey’s Anatomy”, “Law and Order”, or “Silicon Valley” that scripted our brains into one mode of success and achievement.
Yes we may have put a hijab on top of that picture of a successful woman, or a tasbih and a prayer rug inside the imaginary office of the CEO that you always thrived to become.
But what about the success in key important roles such as being a husband, a mother, a caring son, and a contributing community member?
What about the failure of the woman who “prays and fasts, but hurts her neighbors” as in the famous hadith, about whom the prophet PBUH mentioned that she will be in the hellfire?
In the Gardener Mindset Coaching Program, we understand these conflicts very well, because we have seen the flaws of adopting such secular mindsets into the spiritual realm. This is why our guarantee is that we will ensure God-centered productivity that is akhera– hereafter-focused, and revelation-aligned.
Why Now ?
Dr. Mohannad understands that true transformation requires more than just knowledge—it demands hands-on coaching and personalized guidance. Again, this is not meant to be another course that introduces productivity concepts. In contrast, this is a six-month journey of growth and development, starting from Rabi Al-Awwal 1445 (September 2024) and culminating in Ramadan 1446 AH (2025), inshaAllah. By starting now, you are making the time between now and the next Ramadan work for you, not against you, God willing. Like everything in life, it takes time to cultivate habits, to implement real change, and see the efforts bear fruit before the blessed month arrives.
Moreover, our cohort is carefully curated, bringing together high-achieving Muslims from diverse fields and backgrounds. This means you’re not just joining a program; you’re becoming part of an exclusive network of motivated individuals who will 10X the value of your experience.
The sooner you start, the more profound your transformation will be. Seize this moment to invest in yourself, so that by next Ramadan, you’re not just surviving, but thriving in both the spiritual and material realms inshaAllah.
Why should you trust this program?
Dr. Mohannad Hakeem is a life coach, productivity trainer, and a high achieving Muslim in both materialistic and spiritual realms. He trod the path that most Muslim professionals aspire to do, with a PhD in Engineering, 12 years of experience in the automotive industry, and a track record of 80+ patents and technical publications. Moreover, he is a loving husband and a caring father of four kids, and understands really well the daily juggle of family, work, community, and personal development.
He’s a certified trainer with the Productive Muslim company, an author of the “40 Hadith of Community Service and Activism” collection, and a frequent contributor to respected institutions like Almaghrib Institute and Quran Reflect. His unique ability to connect Quranic reflections and the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to faith-based personal growth has transformed lives across the global Muslim Umma in many countries.
Dr. Mohannad has transitioned from engineering to full-time coaching and online education, focusing on nurturing the growth of individual Muslims through dedicated programs. His diverse background, spanning North America and the Middle East, gives him a nuanced understanding of the challenges faced by Muslims in various cultural contexts.
When you join the Gardener Mindset Coaching Program, you’re not just getting a coach – you’re gaining a mentor who has successfully navigated the very path you’re on, and is dedicated to helping you thrive in both spiritual and worldly goals and aspirations.
Can you break down the program structure for me?
Let me break it down for you
So for Each Theme from the productive Muslim masterclass, we will dedicate a WHOLE MONTH to dive deeper into Tools, Rituals, Mindsets, and Values that will deepen such theme into our daily lives:
First Month | Your soul, your nafs, and the best version of yourself |
Second Month | Barakah and your best self: Understanding and practicing the gardener mindset. |
Third Month | Physical Productivity: Maintaining your energy through managing sleep, nutrition, and exercise. |
Fourth Month | Barakah and Focus: How can spiritual focus inspire other areas of your life. |
Fifth Month | Barakah and Time |
Sixth Month | Routines and Habits in the light of Barakah |
Seventh Month | This will be the start of RAMADAN 2025! |
- For each month, we will dive deeper into tools, frameworks, and experiments that will move such themes from knowledge into reality, and from information to transformation.
- That’s a total of 18 Group Coaching sessions over the duration of SIX MONTHS!
- We will slow down on what’s working for you and for others and what’s not! We will make sure that no obstacle is left untackled, especially when it comes to planting the productivity seeds and installing them, one by one, into your system.
- For each theme, we will dedicate THREE powerful group coaching sessions for a whole month. The last week of each month will be integration week, where we practice, reflect, and share what we learned in our group chat and online community.
- Each member of this class will get THREE BONUS 1:1 Coaching sessions during the whole program, and this will ensure individual attention to the specific challenges that you are struggling with, inshaAllah.
- In case you missed any live session: We record everything, and our classroom platform is carefully designed to allow asynchronous engagement, and ensure you’re always moving forward, even between calls.
In this coaching program, we’re not just throwing information at you and hoping it sticks. We’re providing a rich soil of resources – book summaries, worksheets, and practical tools – all carefully curated to upgrade your productive mind and soul. We also believe that for every challenge and problem, there is a spiritual solution that is waiting to be implemented and added to your arsenal of tools and mindsets.
This comprehensive approach ensures that, like a well-tended garden, every aspect of your growth is nurtured. It’s not about quick fixes or temporary motivation boosts. It’s about creating an ecosystem where your productivity, faith, and personal development can flourish together, consistently and sustainably.
What do you have to lose?
Let’s be honest for a moment. The Gardener Mindset Coaching Program isn’t some magic pill that will instantly transform your life. It’s not for those seeking quick fixes or effortless solutions. If you believe in an instant gratification type of life-upgrade, you might want to pass on this program.
But if you’re still reading, I suspect you’re different. You’re the kind of person who understands that life is a marathon, not a race. You have tried multiple long term approaches before, and you are willing to take on this journey with us, and go through slow-but-steady steps towards ultimate success in the dunia and the akhera.
Here’s the thing: most people will nod their heads, agree that change is needed, and then do one of the following:
- Close this page and continue life as before. Maybe things will improve on their own.
- Try to piece together their own system, spending countless hours researching, experimenting, and likely facing numerous setbacks.
- OR: Jump into the Gardener Mindset Coaching Program, and trust the process, and watch the seeds grow through hard work, natural laws, and inshaAllah Divine Permission.
I can’t make this decision for you. Only you know if you’re truly ready to invest in yourself, to commit to real, lasting change. If you’re not, that’s fine. We’re not for everyone, and we’re okay with that. But if you are ready – if you’re tired of the disconnect between your aspirations and your daily reality, if you’re prepared to do the work to cultivate a life of purpose and impact – then we’re here to support you every step of the way.
The choice is yours
Will you continue to let your potential lie dormant,
or will you take action to nurture it into full bloom?
Remember, in the end, it’s not about what you say you’ll do.
It’s about the actual steps that you take, the seeds you sow,
and the effort (sa’ey) that you put:
وَأَن لَّيْسَ لِلْإِنسَـٰنِ إِلَّا مَا سَعَىٰ … وَأَنَّ سَعْيَهُۥ سَوْفَ يُرَىٰ (سورة النجم:٣٩-٤٠)
“… And that each person will only have what they endeavored towards,
and that ˹the outcome of˺ their endeavors will be seen ˹in their record˺”[53:39-40]
Baraka Allah Feekum!
